Hon (Dr.) Nalinda Jayathissa,— To ask the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation,—

(a) Will he inform this House—

(i) of the number of new buses purchased by the Sri Lanka Transport Board from 2010-2014, separately;

(ii) of the amount of money spent annually to purchase the buses, separately;

(iii) the depots to which those buses were assigned; and

(iv) the amount of money spent to purchase the following 14 buses form the Lanka Ashok Leyland company, WP NB-6028, WP NC-6049, WP NB-6051, WP NB-6057, WP NB-6067, WP NB-6671, WP NB-7750, WP NB-7751,WP NB-7752, WP NB-7967, WP NC-0653, WP NC-1307, WP NC-1746 and WP NC-2016?

(b) Will he also inform this House—

(i) whether the above 14 buses mentioned in (a) (iii) above are with the S.L.T.B. at present;

(ii) if so, the depots which they belong to?

(අ) (i) ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලය මඟින් කල්බදු ක්‍රමය යටතේ සහ මහා භාණ්ඩාගාරයේ අරමුදල් යටතේ පහත සඳහන් පරිදි බස් රථ ලබා ගෙන ඇත.

(iii) ඇමුණුම අංක 1 හා 2 හි දැක් වේ. ඇමුණුම් සභාගත* කරමි.

(iv) ඉහත දැක්වෙන බස්රථ කිසිවක් ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලය මඟින් කල්බදු ක්‍රමය යටතේ මිලදී ගෙන නොමැත. මේ සම්බන්ධව මෝටර් රථ ප්‍රවාහන දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවෙන් ලබා ගත් ලියාපදිංචි සහතික පිටපත් 13ක් ඇමුණුම අංක 3 වශයෙන් දක්වා ඇත. WP - NC- 6049 ලෙස බස් රථයක් ලියාපදිංචි වී නොමැත.

මම ඒ ගැන සොයා බැලුවා. WP - NC- 6049 කියන ලියාපදිංචි අංකය තවම පිටවෙලාවත් නැහැ.

(ආ) (i) ඉහත කී පිළිතුර අනුව පැන නොනඟී.

(ii) පැන නොනඟී.

(ඇ) පැන නොනඟී.
