Hon. Sunil Handunnetti,— To ask the Minister of Finance,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether Maturata Plantation Company is a company registered under Companies Act No . 07 of 2007 ;
(ii) whether the shares of that company have been issued to the employees of that company ;
(iii) if so, whether share certificates have been awarded to them by now ;
(iv) whether there are any shareholders who have not received the dividends of the aforesaid shares or any other benefit; and
(v) if so , the reason for it ?
(b) If not , why ?
