Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara,— To ask the Minister of Finance and Planning,—
(a) Will he submit to this House the budget deficit in each year from 2004 up to 31st March 2010 separately, in rupees million?
(b) Will he submit to this House the details of the domestic and foreign loans taken within that period to bridge the budget deficits?
(c) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the amount of the said loans in rupees;
(ii) of the total period of time taken to repay those loans; and
(iii) separately of the amount to be paid within each year accordingly, in rupees?
(d) If not, why?
