Hon. A. Vinayagamoorthy,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Buddhasasana and Religious Affairs,—
(a) Is he aware that —
(i) nearly 100,000 persons from Waligamem North were displaced in 1990, due to the Army operations; and
(ii) they have not yet been allowed to go and resettle in their own houses?
(b) Will he inform this house when they will be allowed to go and settle in their own lands?
(c) If not, why?
