(a) Will he state—
(i) the procedure followed in appointing Senior Advisors and Advisors to the President; and
(ii) the minimum educational qualifications considered in appointing persons to such positions?
(b) If not, why?

(අ) (i) ආර්ථික, සාමාජික, දේශපාලනික, සංස්කෘතික හා කලා ආදී සියලු ක්ෂේත්රවලට අදාළ දිවයිනේ ජ්යෙෂ්ඨතම විද්වතුන් හා වෘත්තිකයින් ජනාධිපති උපදේශකවරුන් ලෙස පත් කර ගැනීම ප්රතිපත්තිය වේ.
(ii) දිවයිනේ ප්රමුඛතම හා ජ්යෙෂ්ඨතමයන් මෙම තනතුරට පත් කරන බැවින් ඔවුන්ගේ අධ්යාපන සුදුසුකම් සලකා බැලීම අනවශ්ය කරුණකි.
(ආ) අදාළ නොවේ.
