Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,—To ask the Minister of Highways,—
(a) Will he inform this House,—
(i) the number of roads constructed from the year 2008 up to date by the ‘Maganeguma Project’ established under the implementation of Mahinda Chinthana policies;
(ii) the estimated amount in respect of each of the above mentioned roads; and
(iii) separately, of the amount of money spent so far, out of the aforesaid estimated amount?
(b) Will he state,—
(i) the number of vehicles under the Highways Construction and Machinery Company established under this project; and
(ii) the number of offices and vehicle yards opened throughout the Island under that company?
(c) If not, why?
