Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,— To ask the Minister of Highways, Ports and Shipping,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the revenue earned through the Southern Expressway for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013 separately;
(ii) the number of cars that have travelled upto now on the said Expressway;
(iii) the number of accidents that have occurred upto now on the said Expressway;
(iv) whether the Southern Expressway was closed for any reason; and
(v) if so, the reasons for the closure?
(b) If not, why?
