Hon. (Mrs.) Chandrani Bandara Jayasinghe,— To ask the Minister of Finance and Planning,—
(a) Is he aware that the property loans, which are granted to public servants by state banks at an interest rate of 4%, have been suspended by now ?
(b) If so, will he state the date on which the granting of property loans to public servants will be recommenced?
(c) If not, why ?

ගරු කථානායකතුමනි, මුදල් හා ක්රමසම්පාදන අමාත්යතුමා වෙනුවෙන් මා එම ප්රශ්නයට පිළිතුර සභාගත* කරනවා.

2005 වර්ෂයේ සිට 2012.12.31 දක්වා 82363 දෙනෙකු සඳහා ණය මුදල් නිදහස් කර ඇති අතර, ලබා දී ඇති මුළු ණය මුදල් ප්රමාණය රුපියල් මිලියන 70,461කි.
දේපළ ණය පොලී ගෙවීම වෙනුවෙන් 2012 වර්ෂයේ දී රුපියල් බිලියන 1.7ක ප්රතිපාදන රජය මඟින් වෙන් කර ඇති අතර, ඒ සඳහා 2013 වර්ෂය වෙනුවෙන් ඇස්තමේන්තුගත කර ඇති ප්රතිපාදන ප්රමාණය රුපියල් බිලියන 1.9කි.
