Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,— To ask the Minister of Higher Education,—(
(a) Will he state separately, for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012—
(i) the amount of funds allocated for Higher Education in the Budget;
(ii) the amounts of money actually spent on Higher Education;
(iii) the Heads under which the aforesaid amounts were really spent;
(iv) the amount of money that has been spent monthly on Higher Education and to which Heads the said money has been transferred; and
(v) the Budget Heads to which the money allocated for Higher Education in the Budgets have been transferred?
(b) If not, why?
