Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,— To ask the Minister of Disaster Management,—
(a) Will he state separately for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012—
(i) the amount of funds allocated for disaster management in the Budget;
(ii) the amounts of money actually spent on disaster management;
(iii) the Heads under which the aforesaid amounts were actually spent;
(iv) the amount of money that has been spent monthly on disaster management and to which Heads the said money has been transferred; and
(v) the Heads to which the money allocated for disaster management in the Budgets have been transferred?
(b) If not, why?
