Hon. Roshan Akmeemana,— To ask the Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the extent of the lands belonging to the Sri Lanka Ports Authority located in the Trincomalee Divisional Secretariat Division;
(ii) of the date on which the lands concerned were transferred to the Sri Lanka Ports Authority;
(iii) of the legal provisions applicable for that;
(iv) of the purposes for which the lands can be used; and
(v) whether the lands mentioned above have been disposed recently for purposes other than those referred to above?
(b) If not, why?
