(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that the officials of the Department of Wildlife Conservation and the Department of Forest Conservation are obstructing the performance of religious activities at the Pallakandal Church in the Puttalam District; and
(ii) if so, of the reasons for that?
(b) If not, why?
