Hon. Dinindu Saman Hennayake,— To ask the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he is aware that a tourist comfort centre has been established in Mahiyanganaya town by the Uva Provincial Ministry of Tourism;
(ii) of the extent of the said premises in square feet;
(iii) of the total amount spent on the construction of that centre;
(iv) of the objective of constructing that centre; and
(v) whether that objective has been achieved?
(b) Will he also inform this House —
(i) whether the building of the aforesaid centre has been leased out;
(ii) if so, of the name of the lessee of that building; and
(iii) of the monthly lease rent?
(c) If not, why?
