Hon. Hector Appuhamy,— To ask the Minister of Energy,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he is aware that the previous government had signed an agreement with the Adani Company of India for a power plant project;
(ii) whether the present government will revise the said project;
(iii) if not, whether it will be cancelled; and
(iv) of the measures that will be taken to attract international investors to the renewable energy sector?
(b) If not, why?
