Hon. (Mrs.) Chamindranee Kiriella, Attorney at Law,—To ask the Minister of Health and Mass Media,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the total extent of the lands in the possession of the Kandy National Hospital;
(ii) whether he is aware that various government institutions and individuals have unlawfully acquired the lands in the possession of the aforesaid hospital at present;
(iii) whether he admits that this situation is a hindrance to the future development activities of that hospital; and
(iv) if so, of the action that will be taken in this regard?
(b) If not, why?
