Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,— To ask the Minister of State Resources and Enterprise Development,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) as to when the BCC Lanka Ltd was in operation lastly;
(ii) the accounts of the BCC Lanka Ltd to date; and
(iii) the current position of the entity?
(b) Will he also state—
(i) as to why 212 perches owned by the BCC Lanka Ltd. were sold;
(ii) to whom the said land was sold;
(iii) whether the aforesaid transaction was done following a proper tender procedure; and
(iv) if not, the reasons for not following tender procedure?
(c) Will he inform this House—
(i) weather the staff has been paid compensation;
(ii) if so, the amount compensated to every person separately; and
(iii) as to when they were compensated?
(d) If not, why?

(අ) (i) සී/ස බී.සී.සී. ලංකා ආයතනය මේ දක්වා අඛණ්ඩව ක්රියාත්මක වෙමින් පවතී.
(ii) 2012.03.31 දක්වා ගිණුම් පිළියෙළ කර විගණනය කර ඇත.
(iii) ආයතනයේ ප්රතිව්යුහගතකරණ කටයුතු සිදු කරමින් පවතී.
(ආ) (i) ආයතනයේ මූල්ය අර්බුද විසඳීම සඳහා
(ii) දයා කන්ස්ට්රක්ෂන් පුද්ගලික සමාගම (2003 වර්ෂයේ දී පර්ක් ආයතනය හරහා අදාළ ගනුදෙනුව සිදු කර ඇත.)
(iii) ඔව්.
(iv) අදාළ නොවේ.
(ඇ) (i) ඔව්.
(ii) 2006.02.28 දින අනිවාර්ය වන්දි ගෙවීමේ ක්රමය යටතේ විශ්රාම ගැන්වු 481 දෙනා හට ගෙවූ වන්දි මුදල් ඇමුණුම 01හි දැක්වේ.
2012.03.31 දින ස්වේච්ඡා වන්දි ගෙවීමේ ක්රමය යටතේ විශ්රාම ගැන්වූ 41 දෙනා හට ගෙවූ වන්දි මුදල් ඇමුණුම 02හි දැක්වේ. ඇමුණුම් සභාගත* කරමි.
(iii) ඉහත (ii) පිළිතුර අදාළ වේ.
(ඈ) අදාළ නොවේ.
