Hon. S.M. Marikkar,—To ask the Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether a programme has been proposed for the development of the road (old road) from Ambatale to Grandpass;
(ii) if so, of the timeframe during which the said programme is expected to be implemented; and
(iii) of the manner in which the funds required for the development of the said road would be provided?
(b) If not, why?
