Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,—To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Land and Irrigation,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether the crop damage caused by animals to domestic food crops has been assessed;
(ii) if so, separately, of the damage caused to each crop, i.e. paddy, vegetables, and fruits; and
(iii) of the animals that cause the most disastrous damage to food crops?
(b) If not, why?
