Hon. Hesha Withanage Ankumbura Arachchi,— To ask the Minister of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he is aware that the Sri Lanka Cement Corporation has in its possession two oil tanks and a pipeline located in Kankesanthurai;
(ii) of the government institution which had been using the two oil tanks and the pipeline concerned;
(iii) of the amount of money that should be payable to the Cement Corporation for the use of the two oil tanks and the pipeline; and
(iv) of the measures that will be taken to recover the aforesaid amount?
(b) If not, why?
