Hon. (Mrs.) Kokila Gunawardene,— To ask the Minister of Environment,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether the "School Environment Programs" are operative at present;
(ii) if so, of the number of schools in which “School Environment Programmes” are implemented;
(iii) whether school students as well as teachers have been involved in the said programmes;
(iv) of the current progress of the said project; and
(v) of the schools that contribute most actively to “School Environment Programmes”?
(b) If not, why?
