Hon. (Mrs.) Kokila Gunawardene,— To ask the Minister of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation,—
(a) Will she inform this House—
(i) whether development activities of the Pinnawala Zoological Gardens are being carried out at present;
(ii) the date on which the development activities concerned will be concluded;
(iii) whether basic amenities necessary for local and foreign tourists to see the Zoo concerned have been made available;
(iv) whether a course of action has been formulated in order to attract tourists to the Zoo in future; and
(v) if so, the details related to that?
(b) If not, why?
