Hon. Rohana Bandara,— To ask the Minister of Trade, Commerce and Food Security,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of workers currently serving in the Education Services Employees Thrift and Credit Cooperative Society Limited;
(ii) separately, for each year, the number of workers who have been recruited for the above society from the year 2015 to date; and
(iii) the steps that will be taken to recruit workers to the above society and to promote them based on educational and professional qualifications?
(b) If not, why?
