Hon. (Mrs.) Rosy Senanayake,— To ask the Minister of Education,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the courses of action taken so far with regard to the confirmation in the service of the acting principals in Sri Lanka;
(ii) the outstanding amount, if they are to be paid as salary arrears for period during which they have served as acting principals;
(iii) the date on which the above mentioned arrears will be paid ; and
(iv) the percentage of the representation of women among the aforesaid acting principals?
(b) If not, why?
