Hon. Buddhika Pathirana,— To ask the Minister of Health,—

(a) Will he admit that—

(i) there is an inadequacy of buildings, hospital beds and other physical resources in Moneragala Central Hospital ; and

(ii) patients of the area are severely affected due to this situation?

(b) Will he inform this House—

(i) whether speedy measures will be taken to provide necessary resources to the aforesaid hospital ;

(ii) whether the necessary allocations have already been made ;

(iii) if so, the amount so allocated ; and

(iv) the date on which the constructions of the buildings would commence if funds are available?

ගරු කථානායකතුමනි, සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යතුමා වෙනුවෙන් මා එම ප්‍රශ්නයට පිළිතුර දෙනවා.

(අ) (i) රෝහල සඳහා අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වන ගොඩනැඟිලි ඉදි කිරීම් සම්බන්ධව ප්‍රමුඛතාව ලබා දී 2009 වසර අවසානයේ හදිසි අනතුරු ඒකකය හා වාට්ටු සංකීර්ණය ඉදි කිරීම් වැඩ ආරම්භ කර ඇත.

(ii) සැලකිය යුතු මට්ටමක රෝගී සත්කාර සේවාවක් මෙම රෝහල මඟින් ප්‍රදේශයේ ජනතාවට ලබා දේ.

(ආ) (i) දැනටමත් එම රෝහලට අවශ්‍ය සම්පත් ලබා දීමට කටයුතු කරමින් පවතී.

(ii) ඔව්.

(iii) ඉදි කිරීම් හා නඩත්තු සඳහා

- අමාත්‍යාංශයෙන් - රු. මිලියන 434

- රෝහලේ ප්‍රසම්පාදනය මඟින් -රු. මිලියන 18.51

වෛද්‍ය උපකරණ - අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ජීව

වෛද්‍ය ඉංජිනේරු ඒකකයෙන් - රු. මිලියන 7.55

රෝහලේ ප්‍රසම්පාදනය මඟින් - රු. මිලියන 3.5

රසායනාගාර උපකරණ සඳහා -රු. මිලියන 0.550

සාමාන්‍ය/රෝහල්/ශල්‍යාගාර
