Hon. Buddhika Pathirana,— To ask the Minister of Health,—
(a) Is he aware that—
(i) the mortuary of the Mawarala Divisional Hospital situated at Hakmana area in Matara District is in a very dilapidated condition ; and
(ii) the people of the area are faced with severe difficulties as a result of the aforesaid shortcoming prevailing at this Hospital, which is situated in a very difficult area?
(b) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether action will be taken to renovate the aforesaid building soon ;
(ii) whether allocations have been made for this purpose by now ; and
(iii) if so, the date on which the renovation work will be commenced?
(c) If not, why?
