Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,— To ask the Minister of Sports,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) as to when Sri Lanka was informed by the Cricket World Cup Council that Sri Lanka will be co-hosting the World Cup for year 2011 ;
(ii) the amount of money spent on upgrading the prevailing cricket grounds for the world cup matches ;
(iii) names of the persons authorized to approve expenditure on upgrading of prevailing cricket grounds and construction of new cricket grounds; and
(iv) whether the constructions of grounds were complied with the approved expenditure?
(b) If not, why?

එකතුව රු. 2,900,676,938.14 - රුපියල් මිලියන දෙදහස් නවසියයි
