Hon. Rohana Bandara,— To ask the Minister of Health,—
(a) Will she inform this House of—
(i) the number of hospitals and medical centres situated in Anuradhapura district and governed by the North Central Provincial Council;
(ii) the names of those centres;
(iii) the number of Medical Officers approved for each of the said hospitals separately; and
(iv) the number of Medical Officers serving at each of the said hospitals by now, separately?
(b) Will she inform this House the steps taken by the Ministry to eliminate the shortage of Medical Officers that exists at the hospitals in Anuradhapura district?
(c) If not, why?
