Ishak Rahuman,— To ask the Minister of Lands,—(1) Is he aware that the businessmen who are engaged in business activities for a long time in the Kekirawa town of Anuradhapura district and the people residing there, have faced with immense difficulties, as they have not received land deeds? Will he inform this House— if so, the measures hitherto taken with regard to offering deeds for the aforementioned lands; of the current progress of the aforesaid measures; and of the date on which deeds will be provided for the said lands? If not, why?
