Hon. S. M. Marikkar,—To ask the Minister of Water Supply,—
(a) Will he inform this House of the number of houses without water and sewerage facilities in the Thimbirigasyaya Divisional Secretariat Division?
(b) Will he also inform this House whether a programme is available for providing the above facilities to each housing unit?
(c) If so, will he submit how that programme will be?
(d) If not, why?
