Hon. Nalin Bandara Jayamaha,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Minister of Buddhasasana, Religious & Cultural Affairs and Minister of Urban Development & Housing,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the institution to which, the contract of the project of developing the access route of the Bingiriya Export Processing Zone, has been awarded;
(ii) of the methodology through which that contract has been awarded to the above institution;
(iii) of the amount of the contract for that; and
(iv) of the period of time granted to complete the contract?
(b) If not, why?
