0885/’10 Hon. M. T. Hasen Ali,— To ask the Minister of Economic Development,— Is he aware that — Mr. Mohamed Rizam of no 129/A/22, Maligawatta Place, Colombo 10 is a 48 year old poor person who is permanently disabled; the Samurdhi Development Officer of the relevant area has not taken action so far to give Mr. Rizam, a person without a permanent source of income the Samurdhi Assistance to which he is entitled ? Will he take action to grant the Samurdhi Assistance to Mr. Rizam and the members of his family immediately ? If not, why ?
