Hon. Hesha Withanage,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Minister of Buddhasasana, Religious & Cultural Affairs and Minister of Urban Development & Housing,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether steps have been taken to construct a “Seva Piyasa” office in each Grama Niladhari Division in the island;
(ii) if so, of the amount of money allocated for that;
(iii) of the estimated amount of money to construct one “Seva Piyasa” office; and
(iv) of the date on which this programme is scheduled to be completed?
(b) If not, why?
