Hon. (Dr.) Nalinda Jayathissa,— To ask the Minister of Transport Service Management,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of passengers who travelled by train;
(ii) the income earned from transporting passengers;
(iii) the number of railway tickets printed; and
(iv) the amount spent to print the railway tickets;
in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019?
(b) Will he also inform this House—
(i) the number of turns that should be scheduled for the trains to transport passengers; and
(ii) the number of turns the trains take usually per day?
(c) If not, why?
