Hon. Jayantha Samaraweera,— To ask the Minister of Primary Industries and Social Empowerment,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) separately by age, the number of persons identified as disabled in Kalutara district as at 01.09.2018, the nature of the disability, gender, whether the disability is by birth or due to an accident;
(ii) separately, the name of each person with disabilities, address, name of the guardian and the Grama Niladhari division;
(iii) separately, the disability allowance obtained by persons with disabilities from the Divisional Secretariat and the nature of their disability;
(iv) the number of persons who should receive allowance, but not receiving the allowance; and
(v) the measures to be taken in respect of the persons mentioned in (iv) above?
(b) If not, why?
