Hon. Kanaka Herath,— To ask the Minister of Postal Services & Muslim Religious Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether postal charges for letters have been increased by now;
(ii) if so, of the amount by which postal charges have been increased;
(iii) whether the public was made aware of this increase in postal charges; and
(iv) if so, of the method in which it was done and the media used for this purpose?
(b) If not, why?
