Hon. (Dr.) Nalinda Jayatissa,— To ask the Minister of Foreign Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the Ambassadors or the High Commissioners appointed to the United States of America, Great Britain, Australia, Japan, France, China, India and Switzerland from 2010 up to date;
(ii) the officers who belong to the Foreign Service and the officers who do not belong to the Foreign Service, among them, separately;
(iii) the foreign service experience and the educational qualifications of the officers of the Foreign Service as at the date of appointment; and
(iv) the educational qualifications of the officers who do not belong to the Foreign Service as at the date of appointment?
(b) If not, why?
