Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,— To ask the Minister of Tourism Development, Wildlife and Christian Religious Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware of the fact that a number of villages in the Uva Paranagama electorate are subjected to the threat posed by leopards;
(ii) if so, of the names of those villages; and
(iii) of the steps that are taken by the Ministry to free those villages from the threat posed by the leopards?
(b) If not, why?
