Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,— To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock Development, Irrigation and Fisheries & Aquatic Resources Development,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the number of owners of rice mills that have been registered with the Paddy Marketing Board;
(ii) separately on small and medium-scale basis, of the names and addresses of the aforesaid owners of rice mills; and
(iii) of the methodology adopted by the Ministry in selling paddy to private rice mill owners?
(b) If not, why?
