Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,— To ask the Minister of Internal & Home Affairs and Provincial Councils & Local Government,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of Agricultural farms managed by the Agricultural Department of Uva Province;
(ii) the names and the addresses of the aforesaid farms;
(iii) the names and the addresses of the labourers that work in each of the aforesaid farms;
(iv) the number of labourers that have been confirmed in their service by now out of the group of labourers mentioned above; and
(v) whether the Ministry will take steps to confirm the other labourers in their service as well?
(b) If not, why?
