Hon. Hesha Withanage,— To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Economic Affairs, Livestock Development, Irrigation and Fisheries & Aquatic Resources Development,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the measures the government adopts to develop rural industries in Sri Lanka;
(ii) the amount of money that has been spent on it so far; and
(iii) whether the projects implemented to strengthen the rural industries system are sufficient?
(b) If not, why?
