Hon. Hesha Withanage,— To ask the Minister of Justice & Prison Reforms,—
(a) Will she inform this House —
(i) of the number of State Counsels and State Attorneys in the Attorney General’s Department, separately;
(ii) Separately, of the requisite number of State Counsels and the State Attorneys for the efficient execution of the duties of the Attorney General’s Department; and
(iii) of the measures that will be taken to fill the vacancies in the Attorney General’s Department?
(b) If not, why?
