Hon. Hesha Withanage,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of National Policies, Economic Affairs, Resettlement & Rehabilitation, Northern Province Development, Vocational Training & Skills Development and Youth Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the legal basis on which the Presidential Task Force on Energy Demand Side Management was established;
(ii) of the key task performed after the establishment of that institution; and
(iii) whether he admits that a result proportionate to the investment made in that institution has not been achieved?
(b) If not, why?
