Hon. Buddhika Pathirana,— To ask the Minister of Finance and Planning,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the total number of candidates who sat for the competitive examination held on 13th of November 2009, for the recruitment of Bank Assistants to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka ;
(ii) of the number of persons who passed the aforesaid examination ;
(iii) whether Bank Assistants have been recruited to the Central Bank on the results of that examination by now ; and
(iv) if so, the number of persons who have been recruited?
(b) Is he aware that the results of the aforesaid examination have not been issued so far to the candidates individually?
(c) If so, will he inform this House, of the reasons for not doing so?
(d) If not, why?
