Hon. Ashoka Priyantha,— To ask the Minister of Provincial Councils, Local Government and Sports,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the date each local government institution in Puttalam district in North Western Province was dissolved, separately;
(ii) whether employees have been recruited, to continue the services of the local government bodies after they were dissolved;
(iii) if so, the names and addresses of those persons as well as the positions they were recruited for; and
(iv) whether it has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Establishment Code and the Financial Regulations?
(b) If not, why?
