Hon. Ashoka Priyantha,—To ask the Minister of Provincial Councils, Local Government and Sports,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the names of the ministers who hold ministerial portfolios in the North Western Provincial Council;
(ii) separately, the Ministries that come under them;
(iii) the institutions and other statutory bodies coming under each Minister;
(iv) the number of appointments that have been given by each Minister after the present government of good governance came into power;
(v) the names, addresses, educational qualifications and the posts of the persons to whom the appointments were given;
(vi) the procedure followed in giving those appointments; and
(vii) if any irregularity taken place when these appointments were given, the steps taken by the Ministry in this regard?
(b) If not, why?
