The Prime Minister and Minister of Buddha Sasana and Religious Affairs,— Regulations under the Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,— That the Regulations made by the President under Section 31 read with Section 18 of the Conventions Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, No. 1 of 2008 and paragraph (2) of Article 44 of the Constitution and published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 1653/7 of 10th May 2010, which were presented on 05.08.2010, be approved.
