The Privilege motion that the question of privilege arising out of the matter raised by Hon. Vinayagamoorthi Muralidaran, M.P. in Parliament on December 17th, 2011, moved by the Hon. (Dr.) Sarath Amunugama, was referred to the Committee on Privileges under Standing Order 127.
The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1740 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Thursday 22nd March 2012.
