Ministerial Statements
(i) Hon. Vijitha Herath, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism replied to the Question raised by the Hon. Sajith Premadasa under the Standing Order 27(2) of the Parliament on 19.12.2025 regarding details of Government-to-Government bilateral agreement for foreign employment with South Korea.
(ii) Hon. Kumara Jayakody, Minister of Energy made a Ministerial Statement regarding coal supply for Lakvijaya power plant.
Presentation of Bills
The Hon. Minister of Justice and National Integration moved the Bill entitled
“Parliamentary Pensions (Repeal)”
to repeal the Parliamentary Pensions Law, No. 1 of 1977.
