Appropriation (Amendment)

The Hon. Leader of the House of Parliament moved the Bill to amend the Appropriation Act, No.43 of 2008.

Protection of the Rights of Elders (Amendment)

The Hon. Leader of the House of Parliament moved the Bill to amend the Protection of the Rights of Elders Act, No.9 of 2000.


The Hon. (Mrs.) Nirupama Rajapaksa was granted leave to introduce the Bill, entitled “Sri Lanka Association of Testing Laboratories (Incorporation)”.

Resolution under paragraph (2) of the Article 150 of the Constitution (Vote on Account 2010)

The Hon. (Dr.) Sarath Amunugama, Deputy Minister of Finance and Planning moved the above motion. (Appearing as item No. 1 of today’s Order Paper). Adjourned debate to be continued.


Motion at Adjournment Time

Motion at Adjournment Time on “Financial aids or interest free Loans to Paddy Farmers for their cultivation” was moved by the Hon. S.K. Subasinghe.
