(ii) Supplementary Sum - Head 249 - Programme 1 (Ministry of Finance and Planning)
(iii) Supplementary Sum - Head 295 - Programme 2 (Ministry of Export Development and International Trade)
(iv) Three orders under Section 3 of the Excise (Special Provisions) Act
(v) Three orders made under Section 22(1) of the Excise Ordinance (Chapter 52)
(vi) Order under Section 26 of the Finance Act No.11 of 2004


Motion at Adjournment Time

Motion at Adjournment time on “Abolition of Agrarian Development Act, No. 46 of 2000” was moved by the Hon. Sajith Premadasa.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1632 Hrs. until 0930 Hrs. on Thursday 09th July 2009.
